Chelsie Amanda Wandzilak

(February 18, 1991 - September 3, 2007)

Chelsie Amanda Wandzilak, 16, of Fremont, passed away on Monday, Sept. 3, 2007 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus following injuries received in an accident on Sunday.

Chelsie was born on Feb. 18, 1991 in Fremont to Edward and Paula (Corliss) Wandzilak, and was a student at Fremont Public Schools. Chelsie enjoyed listening to music and loved cats and animals.

Chelsie is survived by her parents, Paula and Edward Wandzilak of Fremont; her brother, Benjamin Wandzilak of Fremont; her sister, Nicole (Ken) Ennis of Fremont; her niece, Felicia of Fremont; maternal grandmother, Sue Corliss of Stone Mountain, Georgia; her fiancé, Richard James Ruiter of Grant; her aunts, Laura Wilton of Ypsilanti and Barbara Ann Vincent of Fremont; and her uncles, David (Chris) Corliss of Plymouth, Michael Corliss of Livonia, and Walter Wandzilak of Akron, Ohio.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, Sept. 6 at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel, with Rev. Tom Force of the Trinity Baptist Church presiding, and interment in the Roseland Park Cemetery in Detroit. Friends may consider the Chelsie A.
