2. How would we help a student become “world ready?”
• Teacher training – cluster training
• Flexible system – elastic
• Elasticity
• Array of opportunities for kids (i.e. entrepreneurial)
• Thinking, organization and learning

3. Lost 296 kids over last 5 years
4. 100% proficiency in MEAP or other standardized test by 2014
5. Guided independence with self-motivation
6. Tracking not allowed
