April 22, 2008
6:30 p.m. 

Present: Norm Goebel, Ryan Ergang, Pam Zuchowski, Cathy Obits, Candee Parkhurst, Marc Gardiner, Jim Breinling, Mike DeKuiper, Jason DeKuiper, Scott Sherman, Ron Vliem, Anita Osterman, Dave Byrne, Rob Atkins, Bob McGraw, Mick Barney, Jerry Dougan, Emily Paige and Brian Hood

  1. Dave Byrne, Co Chair, began by providing an overview of the process followed by introductions.

  1. Rob Atkins, Kingscott, presented the site summary for the current high school site. This site currently has 6.8 acres with 2.75 acres occupied by the high school. Copies of the other site summaries were available for those who could not attend the last meeting.

  1. Rob continued with a presentation of various concept drawings for the 4 sites.

  1. Rob presented an updated Site Evaluation Summary Matrix. No site stands out as more favorable than the others with scores ranging from 19-22.

  1. Dave Byrne stressed that we are only evaluating sites at this point. Eventually community input will be sought on any proposed sites. Other issues such as what to do with the current building and where to move the fairgrounds must be answered before community input is sought.

  1. Bob McGraw covered a building assessment summary which is summarized below.
