6:30 p.m. 

Present:  Matt Hendrie, Peggy Maat, Norm Goebel, Jerry Dougan, Tammi Kolski, Kevin Hobbs, Stephenie Hood, Marc Gardiner, Jim Breinling, Dave Byrne, Diane Spickerman, Chris Rosenberg, Bob McGraw (Kingscott), Mick Barney (Triangle) and Karla Gilliland

1. Welcome/introductions

2. Dave Byrne, Co-Chair, led the review of past efforts including High School survey Site Selection Sub-Committee and Criteria Development Sub-Committee

3. Bob McGraw, Kingscott, reviewed sites, distributed aerial maps and locations. Discussion ensued.

4. Dave reiterated goal of developing 4-5 options, then taking those options for community review via forums, visit churches and any venue to explain options.

5. Reviewed and adjusted criteria (see attached).

6. Dave discussed the possibilities of splitting into two groups:
1. High School study
2. Master planning
   After discussion it was decided to have Bob McGraw and Mick Barney analyze and prepare a draft for both tasks and present draft at next meeting.

8. Next meeting April 15, 6:30 p.m. at High School Media Center. Please invite friends.

9. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
