1. Welcome/introductions

2. Introduced Deanna DePree and Bob Armour from Communities in Schools – they presented what CIS does and what it could do for Fremont Public Schools

3. Discussion about fit for Fremont Public Schools (FMS)
• Further investigate CIS by visiting other CIS sites
• Consensus study that CIS could work for FPS
• Form a task committee
• Identify key people to add to task committee
• Jane Tuls will get a needs assessment tool for all schools
• Divide tasks to study
